Little over 1 year now, I decided to try pump again after well went dry last year. Just noticed casing around impeller is cracked and welds popped off from supports. Piece of crap

Very sorry you've had issues with your pump. Based on what you described, it look like the pump just rusted through. Based on your location, this is prone to happen in a humid, coastal area. If you're going to be using a cast iron pump, you want to protect it as much as possible from them elements or consider using a pump with a thermoplastic pump body.

Installed as a Booster pump for a hole home system. Material and design a little low end but it met my needs. Installed easily, worked as expected up to this point, 5 days after installation. Great price. No major issues as of this point.

I installed this pump and tank right away. It went in fast with a minimum of effort. I have a 570 ft deep well and a 4000 gallon cistern plus another shallow well pump on the property that I purchased from Water Pumps Direct. I feel confident when I order from this company. it will go to work right away. I have rental cabins and can't operate with a bummer on my water lines . I will be returning soon when I have the need. One other things the lady that helped me on the telephone did her best to get me something I needed within a satisfactory price range. All in all, I am very happy with my Superior Pump and tank!

The pump works well but the hose connection to the tank leaked on both ends even after tightening. In the end I had to replace both the hose and fittings. Buyer beware.
Pressure gauge glass was shattered in the delivery not helpful about a replacement.

Thank you for the feedback. We will pass this review on to the manufacturer. Please note that a pressure gauge most likely was included in error from the manufacturer. Based on the parts list from the manual, a pressure gauge is not included with this pump.
