Much better performance stats and better price than any other pumps I found on line and locally. We wired it up, dropped it 480' down the well, turned it on and we were done.

This is the second Red Lion pump I have purchased. Our well pump is at 360 foot and puts out great pressure. We pulled the last one up last month because of hole in the pipe and decided to go ahead and replace the pump while it was up.

Well, the first pump quit after almost a year in service which may have been caused by excessive sediment going through during the first ten months. But the pump was replaced free of charge and is now pumping very well after extensive pump-out to clear up the discharge so it is working like it should and the water is very clear and is acceptable for drinking and odor coming from 500ft. through solid rock. No trouble with the company supplying the equipment just took several weeks to get everything processed.

After talking to technical support first to compare my well depth and other needs, then talking to customer support, I knew this pump would deliver. It arrived intact and very quick to my address, together with its control box. I saw its state of the art construction and corrosion resistant materials and my well pump installer was very impressed with its 3 year warranty. The pump he usually installs for people only has a 1 year warranty. He liked the features on this Red Lion pump also.
We installed this pump to a depth of 298 feet and it runs very smooth and tested it and it delivers exactly as advertised at 12 gpm! Full 60 psi output and my showers have never been so powerful! The control box has the overload reset buttons on the bottom of its box, just in case, here to mention because that was not seen in the website page.
Also, installed another check valve above this pump, 200 ft in the water line as per instructions, here to note too, together with an 87 gallon pressure tank, new well T, with a 40/60 pressure switch. The other pump lasted 23 years and I have high hopes for this Red Lion 1 1/2 hp pump as well. Great quality at a fair price!

This pumps rocks!! It's down 525 feet and we've got better water pressure in the house now than ever before. I saved at least $125 on the price of the exact same pump by shopping here instead of the next lowest-priced competitor, it arrived sooner than expected, and again, it is working far better than even hoped. With the 3 year guarantee and the excellent customer service, we are dancing in the shower with thanks!

Hi Jim,
We are having to replace our well pump with a new pump. I would like to find out if this is the correct pump for our well. The well is 505 feet deep with the pump i believe sitting at 500 ft. Our well is a low producing well at just 1.125 gpm. with a static level of 194 feet from the top of the well. Would this pump be the correct pump for us?
