Used strictly for lawn irrigation purposes. Most powerful pump that I have ever used. This is the second one that I have used. Tried several prior to Red Lion, and none compared to this one.

We took the pump out of the box screwed it into the old pipe then hooked up the wiring put it in the culvert we irrigate out of and turned it on. Perfect. We run about 8 hours a day and it puts out more water than the pump it replaced. Very happy. I am ordering another for backup.

The pump motor bearings wore out after less than equivalent one year of operating time. The flow quantity was about 30 gpm and Red Lion told us after the bearings failed that we should have throttle the flow to about 22 gpm. Red Lion replaced the pump at no charge.

This we’ll pump is perfect for our home. It was easy to install and it works like a charm. Our water pressure has never been this good, and it takes only a few minutes to fill the pressure tank.

I installed this pump in a cistern inside a well casing for my needs. The pressures and flow rates are exactly as advertised. It came with a control box and instructions that made installation very easy.

I have a 138' deep well with a 6" casing and a static water level of 40' below top of well. Produces 60 gpm with a drawdown of 40' in 4 hours at 60gpm. I am building a 4 bedroom house. Can you recommend a pump for me? I was considering the Red Lion 22gpm 1Hp, three wire 230v unit
