I bought this pump a a replacement for my Cistern pump. Since it was not going deeper then 8 ft Value was my goal. The pump installed with out any issues, I only needed to buy an adapter to attach to my existing feed pipe, and once I wired it up properly with the provided connectors, and heat shrink wrap, the pump fired right up and provided 35 PSI to my house. I have had it for about a month now with no issue.

For the price the performance is great, shipped in a timely manner and so far it is performing great. I installed it in a cistern tank and it was a challenge to seal it up for the flow inducer tube but some pipe wrap and some clamps and all is good.

Been installed for a couple weeks now and pressure & flow numbers presented in specs seem to. Be accurate. I will have to wait and see about long term reliability. To note, though there is no specific mention of using a Franklin electric motor anywhere in the literature (just says "industry standard motor"), the wires running from the motor on my pump did say Franklin Electric (though the motor casing did not have any such markings). Id be willing to bet uts a Franklin Electric motor. Mine was built in Mexico.
