Honda WSP50AA Reviews & Ratings

This pump earns the top spot because it isn't your normal utility pump. You get double the water movement at 110 gallons per minute AND it can move solids up to 2".

This pump includes a 25ft power cord giving you a little more flexibility. It also features a high-quality stainless steel casing which prevents rust and corrosion and a built-in thermal reset to prevent the pump from running dry.

With the float switch, this is truly an automatic submersible trash pump which is why it earns our top rating.

Works A Treat!

All stainless steel construction, a little bit heavy, but obviously very tough - what's not to love from this Honda 2" submersible trash pump? I coupled it with camlock fittings and 100 feet of discharge hose. My crew likes it, because they can leave it unattended with the automatic float switch no worries about it running dry. If you need to move some water without a lot of drama, this unit works a treat!

Great high volume pump

Bought this to fill a tanker truck parked 300' away with a total of 30' head pressure and it would not work for that. However for an overflow pump with 20' of pipe and 10' head, it works great! Now the only issue is that when the pump turns off the water continues to siphon out at a reduced rate without the pump running. A simple check valve should fix that though.

Both dealer and Honda big disappointments

My $600 trash pump failed in two days

No concrete help just emails that tell me that I am on my own because I repaired the severed power cord (this actually worked)

Very Unhappy

I managed water with the pump for three days on a job that I was depending on the pump (reason I bought the pump) The pump stopped working after the third day. My mechanic and electrician looked at the pump and could not find the problem. We now are trying to find an authorized dealer to evaluate the problem (inconvenienced by this plus I am out of a pump to manage water at my job) for $650.00.
