Helping A Long Time Friend With Out Water

I am not the home owner or a plumber, my very low income friend who can barely walk needed help. I checked old pump it was a Flotec pump installed in 1981. After many years of service I know it had to be good to last that long. Looked it up on line and called for a direct replacement. The salesmen was very helpful. Pump came quick and was right. I installed it and it works fine. For a 72 year old, that never looked at a well before it went well. My 77 year old widow who lives alone has water, and is very happy. Thank you.

We needed the pump in a hurry as it is to replace the pump on our well in our home. Without it we had no water. This was the only people who had it in stock and could overnight to us. We were worried with the pandemic that it would take weeks to get it. So I called customer service and he said they would try there best to get it to us. Not only did it come the next day but they called us and said it was on the truck. Best customer service we have gotten in awhile. THANK YOU!!!!
