Low Quality
Good pump after replacing pressure switch

Box indicated pump had been returned. After installation, pressure switch was WAY out of its nominal 30-50 psi range. I had to turn it off manually after pressure hit 100 psi. After I replaced the pressure switch with a SquareD Pumptrol unit, the pump worked fine. There should be a port on the high pressure side of the pump for a pressure gauge. This pump only has drain ports. Red Lion pumps have the port. Durability and reliability are unknown after only 1 month of use.

I use 3 of these type pumps for distribution in my water system. They are good pumps, easy to install and seem to last as good or better than any of their predecessors. I've bought 3 of these from pumps direct over the past 18 months and the price has increased over 100 percent. Still, pumps direct was competitive with all my other options.

Wonderful Jet Pump . Watering 7 Sprinkler Stations . Exceeded our expectations. Powerful & Quiet . Added Brass Check Valve instesd if plastic so shuts off on cue @ 50psi. Delivery was faster / earlier than expected out here to CA . Superior Customer Service kept us informed every step of the way until we received Pump. Worth every penny $ & then some.

I like the pump fine. I have been using Flotec pumps for years.
